N-648, Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a stakeholder teleconference on Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern, to discuss Form N-648, Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions.

On Dec. 12, 2018, USCIS issued policy guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual to update and clarify submission procedures and adjudications. During the teleconference, USCIS officials will provide an overview of the Form N-648 policy guidance.

We will respond to as many questions submitted before the teleconference as possible. If time permits, the teleconference will end with limited time for an additional question-and-answer session. We will not answer case-specific questions.
